“Life Skill Training Programme”
The Placement Cell, Internal Quality Assurance Cell and Institution’s Innovation Council of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal and GTT Foundation, Pune, Maharashtra state Supported by BARCLAYS, Chennai jointly conducted a three day event “Life Skill Training Programme” on 27.02.2023, 28.02.2023 & 01.03.2023 in our College Trinity Auditorium.
On this subject, Mr. Kathiresan Perumal, Corporate Trainer & Ms. Siva Keerthana, Soft Skill Trainer, Pune, Maharashtra were the special invitees. They explained the various topics of soft skills, viz, communication, team work, time management, problem solving, stress management, conflict management, critical thinking, organizational, adaptability, leadership, creativity, persuasion, openness to criticism and resourcefulness. Dr. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director presided over the programme. Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Director – Academic offered the felicitation address. The IQAC Coordinator Dr. N.Elamathi, the Placement Cell Officer Dr B. Lakshmi and the members of Placement Cell Dr C Gobiya, Mrs. V. Abirami, Dr. R. Suba, Dr. Lalitha Easwaran, Mrs. A.P. Pavithra, Mrs. S. Mohanapriya, Mrs. P. Karthikeyani and Ms. M. Rekha were present. All the final year students (both UG and PG) benefited through that 3 day life skill training programme.
