Programme on “Speech making bout”
On behalf of English Communication Club, the department of English, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal organized an event entitled “Speech Making Bout” (Title – Our history, our pride) on 13th March 2023 at ICT Hall (Room No 25) in the College campus. The purpose of organizing this programme was finding a platform for one’s own, transfer students innerself, increase the communication skills, learn the new vocabulary, sentence formation, speech delivery and help the personality development. Students of English actively took part in that programme. “Sense of the past” is a famous work in literature. Without learning history, mere education will not help them to shine or succeed. Mrs. J. Evangelin, Assistant Professor of English of the College pointed out in that programme.
