Physical fitness and aerobic activities for the faculty
On 2nd and 4th Saturday, our College conducts physical activity programmes for the sake of the faculty of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal.
In this regard, our College Yoga and Meditation Club in association with the Department of Physical Education conducted a one day programme entitled “Importance of aerobic exercise for our physical and mental health” on 25.03.2023 for the advantage of faculty of the college. Mrs. V. Archana, Director of Physical Education of the College was the resource person. The program started with the morning activity at 10.30 AM consisting of a warm up session followed by different types of physical fitness variables oriented training, yoga and aerobic activities. The session ends with the lead up activities and warm down exercises.
More than 70 faculty actively took part.
