Free Medical Camp UBA adopted village @ Aniyapuram
On behalf of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, a free medical camp was organized in the UBA adopted village of Aniyapuram, Mohanur Block, Namakkal District on 24.03.2023.
A team of 10 doctors and 20 assistants from various leading hospitals in Namakkal took care of the public of Aniyapuram village and its surroundings.
The camp focussed on general medicines, height, weight, BMI (Body Mass Index), Hb (Hemoglobin), blood sugar, blood pressure, dental, eye, ENT, breath examinations, Pap smear and ECG.
Dr. R. Kulandaivel, Dr. M. Malliga Kulandaivel, Dr. R. Sathya and Dr. R.G. Sasikumar, Medical Practitioners, Thangam Hospitals and Cancer Centre, Namakkal, Dr. R.K.Arun, Dentist, Namakkal, the Dentists of Kerala state Dr. Sajith, Dr. Mary, Dr. Amla, Dr. Mylisha and Dr. Mayuripriya were the consultants of that medical camp.

Hemalatha, Coordinator of UBA Cell, The representatives of UBA adopted villages Mrs. R. Navamani (Pettapalayam), Mrs. S. Priya (Aniyapuram), Mrs. D. Prabha (Tholur), Mr. N.S. Senthilkumar, Administrative Officer, The President of Rotary Club – Namakkal Mr. R. Vishwanathan and the President of Inner Wheel Club – Namakkal Mrs. V. Nirmala participated in that free medical camp.
This free medical camp was organized by the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell and Institution’s Innovation Council of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, Thangam Hospitals & Cancer Centre, Namakkal, Rotary Club, Namakkal, The Inner Wheel Club, Namakkal and Women Empowerment Standing Committee, Indian Medical Association, Tamil Nadu State Branch (TNSB), 2023.
