Free Medical Camp at Parali (UBA adopted village)
The Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell in association with the National Service Scheme, Youth Red Cross, Red Ribbon Club and Institution’s Innovation Cell of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, Thangam Hospitals and Cancer Centre, Namakkal, Rotary Club, Namakkal, Inner Wheel Club, Namakkal and Women Empowerment Standing Committee, Indian Medical Association, Tamil Nadu state Branch organized a free medical camp in the UBA adopted village of Parali (Mohanur Panchayat Union, Valayapatti Via, Namakkal District) on 04.05.2023.
It was held in the Panchayat Union Office, Parali village, Mohanur Block, Namakkal District.
The various medical check-ups like blood, eye, sugar, pressure, cancer, ECG, etc., were held for the benefit of Parali village people and the people in the surrounding areas also.
Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director of the College, inaugurated the medical camp. Dr. M. Malliga Kulandaivel, President, Women Empowerment Standing Committee, Indian Medical Association, Tamil Nadu state Branch presided over the camp.
Mrs. A. Arukkani, President, Parali Panchayat, Dr. B. Dineshkumar & Dr. K. Hema, Medical Practitioners, Thangam Hospitals and Cancer Centre, Namakkal, Mr. S. Ravi, Eye Optometrist, Erumapatti, Namakkal District, Mr. M. Udhayakumar, Health Inspector, Alampatti Primary Health Centre, Valayapatti Via, Namakkal District, Dr. A. Latha, representative of UBA adopted village of Parali, Mrs. V. Gayathri, Adjacent, UBA Cell of the College also took part in that free medical camp.
More than 100 people of Kizhparali, Melparali, Kambathurpatti, Othaiyur, Othaiyurpudur, Kadakkalapudur, Malumachampatti, Nalliyampatti, Thottipatti, Alampatti and Arur villages participated in that camp.
