Interaction programme on ““NAAC Accreditation based website development”
The Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) and in support of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, conducted a one-day interaction programme entitled “NAAC Accreditation based website development for higher educational institutions on 13th July 2023 in the college premises. Mr. V.V. Sankaranarayanan, Regional Business Development Manager and Mr. V. Palanivel, Business Development Manager, Saarc Masts Tech (P) Ltd., NA Academy, 31-A, Abbigere Main Road, Kammagondanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka state were the resource persons. They described the various management systems, like admission, profile of the students, profile of the faculty, fee management, payroll management, general accounting, transportation management, library management, inventory management, hostel management and so on. Apart from that, they explained the examination related modules such as assignment, assessment, examination configuration, internal and external examination, subjects of examinations, allocation of seating arrangements in the examination halls, calculation of schedule of examinations, generation of hall tickets, dual mark entry, moderation, arrears, re-appearing, improvement, supplementary, etc.,
In addition, they also demonstrated the students’ certificate related assignments, viz., statement of marks, graduation certificates, consolidated mark statements, provisional certificate, course completion certificate, migration certificate, no objection certificate, transfer certificate and so on.
