Awareness Programme about SWAYAM online courses:-
With the aim of students learning about the SWAYAM online courses in their mother/native language of Tamil, SWAYAM Cell of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted an awareness programme entitled “NPTEL – SWAYAM online Examinations through the regional language of Tamil” on 18.07.2023. Mrs. S. Usharani, Assistant Professor in Computer Science & the Coordinator of SWAYAM Cell of our College was the resource person. SWAYAM is an online examination; it is conducted by the Government of India. There is no need to pay the course fee for these SWAYAM courses. We only need to pay the examination fee. Apart from faculty, many students of various universities and colleges are pursuing these online courses enthusiastically, she pointed out. More than 100 students benefited through this programme.
