Event on “Swachch Shramdaan” on October 1, 2023

On account of the birth anniversary of father of Indian nation –  Mahatma Gandhiji, the National Service Scheme of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, conducted the “Swachch Shramdaan Programme” on October 1, 2023, at Vagurampatti village, Namakkal District. 

Mrs. S. Jayamathi, NSS Programme Officer of the College, made arrangements. The campaign involved the cleaning of public places and the collection of single-use plastic waste in and around the village of Vagurampatti. Nearly 100 volunteers from NSS actively participated in those events.
