Workshop on “Service of Domestic Electrical and Electronic Appliances
The Department of Physics, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, conducted a 2-day workshop entitled “Service of Domestic Electrical and Electronic Appliances” on 10.10.2023 and 11.10.2023 in the laboratory of physics. Mrs. M. Kalaiselvi, Proprietor, Lakshmi Electronics, Supplies and Services of Lab Equipment, B-98, VeeramaMunivar Street, Anna Nagar, Thennur, Trichirappalli, and its firm’s faculty members, Mr. V. Sathiyaseelan and Mrs. G. Boopathi, were the subject experts.
They explained how to rectify and maintain the electronics and electrical instruments like the iron box, induction stove, ceiling fan, table fan, incandescent lamp, tube light, refrigerator, washing machine, wet grinder, mixer grinder, air cooler, heater, microover, etc., both orally and practically.
Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director; Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal; Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Director-Academic; Mr. N.S. Senthilkumar, Administrative Officer; the faculty of physics, Dr. B. Lakshmi, Mrs. B. Kavitha, Dr. R. Sakunthaladevi, Mrs. S. Mohanapriya, Mrs. V. Kalaivani, Ms. K. Saranya, and Mrs. P. Gowthami were also present on that occasion. Nearly 70 students enthusiastically participated and benefited through this workshop.
