Greetings to Ms. S.P. Sri Sakthi Samaya Sankari
On the occasion of the 100th birth anniversary (centenary birth day celebrations) of Dr. Kalaignar M. Karunanithi (former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu), the department of Tamil Development, Namakkal, conducted an elocution competition titled “Kalaignar Thoughts in Social Justice” (கலைஞரின் சமூக நீதி கருத்துகள்) on January 11, 2024, in the premises of Namakkal Kavignar Ramalingam Government Arts College for Women, Namakkal. On this subject, Ms. S.P. Sri Sakthi Samaya Sankari, second year B.A., English, has procured the first prize, and she got a Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand only) check from the chief guests. Dr. R.P. Bhuvaneswari, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Economics; Dr. G. Sharmila Banu, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Zoology; and the senior faculty members of Namakkal Kavignar Ramalingam Government Arts College for Women, Namakkal, were the judges of that event. Dr. T. Geetha, Assistant Professor in Tamil at Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, was the caretaker.
In this continuation, a felicitated function was held on 12th January 2024 in the chamber of Chairman.
