Republic Day Celebration at Trinity College for Women, Namakkal
The Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, celebrated India’s 75th Republic Day on 26th January 2024 with gaiety and patriotic fervor.
The national flag was hoisted by Dr. R. Kulandaivel, President, Trinity Academy Matric Higher Secondary School, Namakkal.
Er. K. Nallusamy, Chairman of the College, presided over the program and spoke on the significance of Republic Day celebrations, the day on which the Constitution of India came into force, and said our country is a republic where the public has the mighty and dominant power to elect its own leader.
Mr. S. Selvaraj, Secretary, Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director, Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Director-Academic, Mr. N.S. Senthilkumar, Administrative Officer, The National Service Scheme Programme Officers Dr. M. Sasikala and Mrs. S. Jayamathi, the coordinator of Red Ribbon Club, Mrs. V. Gokila, the coordinator of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell, Mrs. S. Hemalatha, the village representatives of UBA Cell, Mrs. R. Navamani (Pettapalayam), Mrs. S. Priya (Aniyapuram), Mrs. V. Gokila (Vagurampatti), Mrs. D. Prabha (Tholur), and Dr. A. Latha (Parali), the faculty of the College, and the volunteers of NSS, YRC, RRC, and UBA Cell have actively taken part.
