Essay Writing competition on “Vaikkam Satyagraha Centenary Celebrations”
On account of the Vaikom Satyagraha Centenary Celebration, the postgraduate and research department of the Tamil and Equal Opportunity Cell, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, jointly conducted the essay writing competition entitled “Periyar & Feminism” on January 30, 2024.
The faculty Members of Tamil Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Dr. T.K.Anuradha, Dr. R. Savithri, Dr A Latha, Dr. B. Vishnupriya, Dr. C. Gobiya, Dr. R.A. Anitha, Mrs. S. Hemalatha, Mrs. K. Barathi, Dr.T. Geetha, Mrs. K. Padmavathi and Dr. N. Subalakshmi conducted the competition. Many students eagerly took part in that programme.
Ms. S. Ratchana, second year M.A., Tamil procured the first place and Ms. B. Bharathi, third year B.A., Tamil got the second prize in that event. Both the students are greeted.
