Students’ participation in the event “VIVEKA CULTURAL FEST 2K24”
The Department of Management Studies, Vivekanandha College of Arts and Science (Autonomous), Tiruchengode, Namakkal District, conducted an event titled “VIVEKA CULTURAL FEST 2K24” on February 5 and 6, 2024, on the college campus.
The various events like fashion parade, art from waste, fireless cooking, vegetable carving, face painting, bridal makeup, open talent show, snap shot, drawing and painting, solo dance, group dance, mehandi, rangoli, mail art, solo singing, quiz master, student staff, paper presentation, debate (Tamil), short film, best manager, launching your business, and digital logo creation. Speech (Tamil and English), designer contest, let me share a kutty story, Ms. Viveka, etc. were held on those two days.
The following 45 students, along with 5 faculty members of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, have actively taken part.

The faculty members of Costume Design & Fashion, Mrs. K. Punitha, Ms. K.P. Theepika, Mrs. A.P. Pavithra, and Mrs. R. Shanmuga Priya, and the faculty members of Nutrition & Dietetics, Ms. P. Sri Renugadevi and Mrs. V. Sowmiya, were the caretakers for the above-mentioned events. More or less, 50 educational institutions in various places have actively taken part. Our students of Costume Design & Fashion and Nutrition and Dietetics have enthusiastically participated.

It is proudly noted that the department of Costume Design and Fashion at Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, has won 22 trophies, one best supporter’s trophy, and one overall trophy.
