Students’ participation in the book fair festival
A book festival (புத்தகத் திருவிழா) was held at the campus of Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Mohanur Road, Namakkal South from 26th January 2024 to 02nd February 2024. More or less 80 book stalls have displayed, various subject books like General Knowledge, Current affairs, Science Inventions, Stories, Novels, Research, Sports, Etc., were exhibited for the benefit of readers.
Apart from 80 books stalls, the variety of entertainment games for children, food mela, cultural programmes, science planetarium, etc., were also held.

In continuation, 128 students (Commerce – 65, English – 18, Mathematics – 17, Chemistry = 10, Physics – 10 and Tamil 08) along with 8 Faculty Members (Mrs. V. Archana, Physical Director, Dr. N. Subalakshmi, Assistant Professor in Tamil, Mrs. M. Saranaya, Assistant Professor in English, Ms. A. Thenmozhi, Assistant Professor in Mathematics, Mrs. A. Rajeswari and Ms. L. Keerthi, Assistant Professors in Commerce, Assistant Professor in Commerce, Ms. M. Rineesha, Assistant Professor in Chemistry, Mrs. V. Kalaivani, Assistant Professor in Physics, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal) took part in that book fair on 02nd February 2024. Student participants of the College have eagerly purchased a large number of books.
On that day (02nd February 2024), an elocution competition was held. Ms. M. Sandhiya, second year B.A., English delivered in the topic entitled “There will be a war without a knife and without blood” (கத்தியின்றி ரத்தமின்றி யுத்தம் ஒன்று வருகுது) and Ms. R. Harini talked about the topic titled “Let’s do the new world (புதியதோர் உலகம் செய்வோம்)
All the participants are greeted by Er. K. Nallusamy, Chairman, Er. S. Selvaraj, Secretary, Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director, Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Director – Academic, Mr. N.S.Senthilkumar, all department heads and the faculty members also.
