Medical Camp of Dental Check-up
The National Service Scheme, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, conducted a one-day medical awareness event entitled “Free dental check-up and awareness program of maintaining the teeth” on April 15, 2024. It was held on the college premises. The names of the special invitees were Ms. S. Sangamithra, Dentist, 264, KKP Street, Mullai Nagar, Adhiseshanpettai, Namakkal, and Ms. V.R. Subhaashini, Dentist, 5, Jai Sree Nagar, Singanallur, Coimbatore.
Many younger generations today suffer from tooth aches. It occurred as a result of eating both cold and hot products. Good health and good habits are very important factors for all. We must keep our teeth safe, they said.
A total of nearly 100 students were screened during the dental camp. Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director, Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Director – Academic and Mrs. R. Navamani, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of undergraduate Computer Science of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, also spoke on that occasion.
