Online Quiz about BIS
The National Standards Body of BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) organized a one-day online quiz event related to quality and standards on 20th June 2024 from 9 AM to 5 PM. All the participants had to give their answers in two hours for 15 questions. All the online quiz questions are related to various Indian standards published by BIS, and it includes the quality of products and services. 55 students (First year B.Sc., Physics – 10, Second year B.Sc., Physics – 10, Third year B.Sc., Physics – 09, First year B.Sc., Chemistry – 11, Second year B.Sc., Chemistry – 08 and Third Year B.Sc., Chemistry – 07) of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, along with the faculty of Chemistry Mrs. V. Indirakumari and the faculty of Physics Dr. R. Sakunthaladevi (Coordinator – BIS Standard Club) took part and they downloaded their participation certificates. All the participants are greeted by Er K. Nallusamy, Chairman, Er. S. Selvaraj, Secretary, Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director, Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Coordinator, Silver Jubilee Celebrations and the faculty members of the College.
