Observation of NEP implementation day
On account of implementation of New Education Policy (2020) in India, Institution’s Innovation Council, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted a programme titled “The Role and Functions of New Education Policy in the Re-Accreditation Framework of Higher Education” on 29th July 2024. Dr. A. Vijayasarathi, Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Coordinator, Institution’s Innovation Council, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal was the resource person. In her address, said that NEP will help in getting international recognition for higher education. Our New Education Policy focuses on multidisciplinary education, online education, reduction in current overload, research and innovation, globalization and the implementation of the technology. Accreditation is mandatory for all higher educational institutions, she denoted. In addition, She highlighted the benefits of the new education policy and she shared the vision & mission of higher education in India. Nearly 100 students actively participated in that programme.
