One day awareness Programme for RRC Programme Officers
The Red Ribbon Club, Periyar University, Salem conducted a one-day awareness programme for RRC Programme Officers and Volunteers on 30th July 2024 in the senate hall of the university.
Prof. Dr. R. Jagannathan, Honourable Vice-Chancellor, Periyar University, Salem inaugurated the programme. Dr. V. Selvaraja, Chief Mentor, Managing Director, General Surgery and General Surgeon, Dr. K. Sivakumar, Medical Oncology, Consultant – Medical Oncologist, Dr. Karthikeyan, Interventional Radiology, Consultant, NeuroVascular Intervention and Dr. Anitha Gunalan, Microbiologist, Dharan Multispeciality Hospital, Seelanaickenpatti, Salem were the resource persons. Dr. S. Padmasekaran, Zonal Coordinator, RRC and YRC, Periyar University, Dr. P. Viswanathamurthi, Registrar Incharge, Dr A. Radhika & Dr. J. Kalyanasundar, RRC Programme Officers, Periyar University, Salem also spoke on that occasion.
On behalf of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, Mrs. V. Gokila, Assistant Professor in Mathematics & Former RRC Programme Officer and Dr.S. Kalaivani, Assistant Professor in Chemistry & RRC Programme Officer participated in that awareness Programme.
