First year postgraduate inauguration function
The inauguration of first year postgraduate classes of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, for the academic year 2024-2025 was held on 31st July 2024 in the seminar hall.
Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, Trinity College for Women welcomed the gathering.
The function was presided over by Er. K. Nallusamy, Chairman of Trinity College for Women. He said to make use of the college laboratories, library, auditorium and other infrastructure facilities to complete your postgraduate higher education. Learning is a continuous process. Self-stand is important to you. Don’t depend on others. Opportunities are boundless. You utilize it, he denoted.
Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director of the institution, in her felicitation address, elucidated the college’s vision and mission, emphasizing its importance in shaping the college’s goals.
Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Coordinator, Silver Jubilee Celebrations Committee urged the students to follow up and update the day-to-day developments in their subjects.
Dr. B. Lena, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Mathematics of the College proposed the vote of thanks.

When I was studying at our College (Trinity College for Women), I took part in various events like Enhancement of Student’s Intelligence (ESI), participation in other educational institutions and industries for seminars, conferences, industrial visits, etc. I really enjoyed my college life – Ms. I. Varshini, first year M.Sc., Computer Science (2024-2025 batch).

While I was doing my B.Com. Degree at our college, I had struggled and feared both mentally and physically due to stress. However, after some days, our department faculty members motivated me. Now, again, I joined our college in my first year M.Com., Degree – Ms. B. Shivani Sree – first M.Com., degree indicated in the feedback session.

Good infrastructure facilities, dedicated faculty members and a disciplined college, these are the positive points of our college. I know very well, our students have benefited through the government’s financial aids, like minority scholarships, Indira Gandhi Single Child Scholarship, SC/ST Scholarship, Labour Welfare Scholarship, Pudumai Penn, etc.,
These are very useful to our students. I insist my parents pursue my post-graduate degree at the same institution. They permit me. I am continuing my post-graduate education at the same college for this academic year 2024-2025.
