Alumni Meet of Mathematics
The Alumni Forum, in association with the department of Mathematics, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted “Alumni Meet” (Connect and shake Hands) on 05th August 2024. Ms. R. Shalini, Alumni of our College (B.Sc., Mathematics – 2014-2017 and M.Sc., Mathematics – 2017-2019), and at present, Faculty of Mathematics, CMS College of Engineering, Ernapuram, Namakkal was the special guest. Mathematics is the queen of science. It is one of the most demanding courses. Apart from schools, this Mathematics subject is mandatory for all the higher educational institutions, such as Polytechnic, Engineering, Arts and Science and so on. Besides that teaching job, many mathematicians work in the sectors of banking, auditing, advertising and other service sectors, she said. The Alumni as well as the faculty of Mathematics of our College, Mrs. V. Gokila, Mrs. S. Madhukkaraveni and Ms. A. Thenmozhi made arrangements.
The Faculty of Mathematics Dr. B. Lena, Dr. S. Jeyanathi, Dr. S. Revathy and Ms. D.S. Vimaladevi were also present on that programme. All the students of Mathematics (both undergraduate and postgraduate) took part.
