The various topics like impact of COVID 19 on the Indian Economy, impact on tourism, hoteling, manufacturing sectors, service sectors, agriculture sectors, export & import industries, disruptions of supply chain were discussed in this seminar. In addition, resource persons spoke about the Russia Ukraine war and its impact on the Indian Economy like inflationary pressures and the current economic crisis – current account deficit & crude oil prices, share market, foreign investment outflow & monetary policy for inflation & growth.
In this international conference, Dr. L. Tamilselvi, Assistant Professor in Commerce and Dr. S. Devi, Assistant Professor in Economics of our Trinity College for Women presented their research article entitled “Impact of COVID 19 Pandemic on foreign exchange earnings in tourism economy in India”
