Soft skill training Programme
- The Placement Cell, Internal Quality Assurance Cell & Institution Innovation Council of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal organized a two day event in the title of “Barclays Employability Skills” Development Programme on 12th and 13th September 2022. It was held in the venue of a mini seminar hall for the benefit of final year students of Undergraduate. Ms. G.V. Akshaya, Ms. A. Sangavi, Ms. G. Ahilaa, Ms. A. Deepa Mary, Ms. V. Nandini, Ms. M. Abinaya, Ms. K. Sindhu and Mr. K. Hari, Soft Skill Trainers, Skill K Academy & Placement Solutions, Madurai were the resource persons. They illustrated the different types of employability skills like communication skills, leadership power, team work, patience, adaptability, resilience, emotional control, motivation, initiative, reliability, dependability, following the instructions, etc.,
It is gladly noted that Ms. S. Gowsalya of second year M.Sc., Physics student of Trinity College for Women, delivered in the special topic of “Data Analytics Internship” in that programme.
This programme was arranged by the faculty of placement cell of our College – Dr. B. Lakshmi, Dr. K.S. Dhivya, Dr. C. Gobiya, Dr. R. Suba, Dr. Lalitha Easwaran, Mrs. A.P. Pavithra, Mrs. V. Abirami, Mrs. P. Karthikeyani and Mrs. S. Mohanapriya.
