The Department of Consumer Protection, Namakkal District, conducted a district-level elocution competition on February 21, 2024, in the premises of Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Namakkal. Students of many arts and sciences colleges in and around Namakkal actively participated in that competition. Ms. B. Bharathi, third-year B.A., Tamil, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, has actively taken part in and delivered the topic titled “Effects of false advertising on consumers.” She got the first prize in this competition on the Namakkal district level. In continuation, a greetings function was held on February 23, 2024, in the chamber of the chairman.
