M/s. Tamil Nadu Skill Development Corporation, Chennai, conducted a two-day event entitled “Tamil Nadu Global Investors Meet (TNGIM-2024)” on January 7 and 8, 2024, in the premises of the Trade Centre, Nandambakkam, Chennai.
The honourable Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Thiru M.K. Stalin, presided over the TNGIM event. Mr. Piyush Goyal, Minister of Commerce, Industry, Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution, and Textiles, Government of India was the special invitee. Thiru T.R.B. Raja, Minister for Industries, Investment Promotions, and Commerce, Government of Tamil Nadu, spoke about the various entrepreneurship activities in the whole Tamil Nadu state.
On behalf of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, Ms. M. Sandhiya, a second-year B.A. English, took part, and she presented a video (with PPT) for the importance of entrepreneurship in the current scenario. Also, she pointed out in that video how Naan Mudhalvan programs (the additional curriculum in Arts & Science Colleges and Engineering Colleges in Tamil Nadu state) will be helpful for creating entrepreneurship.
