On account international water day, Namakkal district silambam (A weapon based martial art) teachers association and trainers’ welfare association (நாமக்கல் மாவட்ட சிலம்பம் ஆசான்கள் மற்றும் பயிற்சியாளர்கள் நல சங்கம்) conducted a marathon event on 22.03.2023. This marathon started from Government Higher Secondary School, Namakkal South and ended in the park of Kondichettipatti in Namakkal town. More than 100 people took part in that marathon event. Ms. B. Bharani, Second B.Com., CA got a second place in that event. Pasumai Mr. M. Thillai Sivakumar, Member, Advisory Committee, Nehru Yuvakendra, Mrs. Pa. Kiruthika, Headmistress, Government Primary School, Namakkal, Mr. P. Rajendrakumar, President and Mr. M. Karthikeyan, Secretary, Namakkal District silambam (A weapon based martial art) teachers association and trainers’ welfare association gave a certificate to her.
In continuation, a felicitation function was held on 27th March 2023 in the College campus. Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director, Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Director – Academic, Dr. M.Sasikala, AP & HOD of Commerce and Mrs. V. Archana, Physical Directress took part and conveyed their greetings to Ms. B. Bharathi.
