Debate on “National Librarian Day” – 12.08.2023
On account of National Librarian Day (12th August), the department of Library, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted a one day debate entitled “Has Student’s reading habits have increased or decreased in today’s situation?” (இன்றையசூழ்நிலையில்மாணவர்வாசிப்புத்திறன் அதிகரித்துள்ளதா ? குறைந்துள்ளதா ? என்றத் தலைப்பிலான பட்டிமன்றம் on 12th August 2023.
In this regard, Kalaimamani and Tamil Chemmal Awardee, Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Director, Academic, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, was the debate judge. The following students of our College have nicely talked about the significance of reading habits.

Finally, a judge gave a treatment as “Now, reading habits have been increased. We cannot live without breathing, and at the same time, we are unable to live without reading books, he emphasised.
