SWAYAM NPTEL Programme
On behalf of SWAYAM Cell, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted an awareness programme titled “SWAYAM E-Learning – A boon of students and faculty members” on 17th December 2024. It was held on the college campus. Mrs. K. Mekala, Assistant Professor in Computer Science & Member – Swayam, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal was the resource person. While we are studying in undergraduate and post degrees in our College, we can also subsequently learn these SWAYAM – NPTEL online courses. This NPTEL is a project of the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, initiated by seven (IIT’s) Indian Institutes of Technology, like Kharagpur, Bombay, Delhi, Kanpur, Madras, Guwahati and Roorkee along with the IIS (Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru). Due to the recognition of MHRD, these passed certificates will be very useful to us forever, she said. All the students of Computer Science of the College actively took part.
