Road safety awareness programme
On behalf of the Road Safety Club, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal organized a programme titled “Defensive Driving & Road Safety Driving Programme – Crash – Free Roads and Responsibilities” on 27th March 2025 on the College premises.
Ms. M. Rekha, Assistant Professor of English, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal was the resource person.
She explained the role of people in accepting the road traffic rules, the need to wear seat belts, the necessity to wear a helmet while riding a two-wheeler motor vehicle, obeying speed limits and avoiding distracted and rush driving. Also, she explained the role of the public as responsible for preventing accidents and protecting lives.
