Program on “Success Meet”
On behalf of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, Rathinasabapathi Environmental Rural Development Organization (RERO), Namakkal, and ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth, Aniyapuram, Namakkal jointly conducted the event titled “Vegetable Home Gardening Promotion for Rural Women in and Around Aniyapuram Village” on December 28, 2023.
On that day, pockets of organic vegetable seeds were distributed to the housewives of the villages of Aniyapuram, Aniyapuram Pudur, Tholur, Chinnapethampatti, and its neighboring villages.
In this connection, a success meet of the program was held on February 3, 2024, in the venue of Aniyapuram.
The beneficiaries, Mrs. P. Kasthuri, Aniyapuram village, and Mrs. S. Induja, Chinnapethampatti, shared their views on the success of vegetable gardening on their house premises. Especially, they grow vegetables and green leaves like brinjal, cabbage, cauliflower, coriander, etc.
The above-mentioned beneficiaries have conveyed their gratitude to the organizations of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell, Trinity College for Women, Rathinasabapathi Environmental Rural Development Organization (RERO), Namakkal, and the ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth, Aniyapuram, Namakkal.
