PFMS TRAINING PROGRAMME FOR NSS PROGRAMME OFFICERS
The NSS Cell of Periyar University, Periyar Palkalai Nagar, Salem, conducted a 2-day workshop entitled “PFMS’s training for NSS PO’s” in the (Internet Centre, BIC, PU building) university campus on November 28th and 29th, 2023.

The purpose of the workshop is to provide training on how to operate the PFMS portal.
On behalf of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, Mrs. S. Jayamathi, NSS Programme Officer (Unit 2), and Assistant Professor in Tamil took part on 28th November 2023.
In the online training programme, the resource persons provided hands-on usage of passwords, training on expenditure, advice, and transfer models. Detailed deliberation was made on the formation of vendors, users, approvers, and user manual mapping of the scheme or agency. The design of bill approval and consent, generation of print payment advice, etc.,
This programme was organised by Dr. S. Sathish, NSS Coordinator, Periyar University, Periyar Palkalai Nagar, Salem.
This online event was conducted for the sake of NSS programme officers of affiliated colleges of Periyar University, Salem.
