CDF and Nutrition & Dietetics students’ participation in the Industrial visit
The faculty and the students of Costume Design and Fashion and Nutrition and Dietetics, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, visited M/s. Thenpandian Spinning Mills (P) Ltd., (Unit 2) Avalnaickenpatti, Puduchatram Panchayat Union, Namakkal, on August 14, 2023. They have seen all the modernised machines, from the raw material cotton to the finished products of yarn. The officials of the industry explained the functions of these machines.
In addition, they saw the Karuppatti House (Near Mudalaipatti Pudur), Salem Main Road, Namakkal on that day. The faculty of CDF, Mrs. K. Punitha, Ms. K.P. Theepika, Mrs. A.P. Pavithra, and Mrs. R. Shanmugapriya, and the faculty of Nutrition and Dietetics, Mrs. R. Rupa, Ms. P. Sri Renugadevi, and Ms. V. Sowmiya, also took part in that industrial visit.
