SWAYAM Awareness Programme – 12.12.2022
The SWAYAM Cell of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal organized a programme on the topic of “Overview and scope of SWAYAM online courses on 12.12.2022.
Mrs. P. Nandhini, AP in Mathematics, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal was the resource person.
SWAYAM is the indigenous platform of the MHRD, Government of India. It is providing an integrated portal and platform for hosting massive open online courses. It hosts multiple courses based on curriculum, continuing education and skill. These courses are very beneficial to the faculty members and students also, she said.
Also, she elaborated on the nature and future prospects of MOOC courses.
More or less 100 students took part in that programme.
