Teacher’s Day Celebrations @ Trinity College for Women, Namakkal
Teacher’s day was celebrated in Trinity College for Women, Namakkal with great enthusiasm on Thursday (5th September 2024). The Special invitees were Mr. D. Chandrasekaran, former faculty, Department of Commerce, Arignar Anna Government Arts College, Cheyyar, Thiruvannamalai District and Mr. K. Nallusamy, Former Faculty of Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Coimbatore.
Mr. D. Chandrasekaran said that teachers are the backbone of our society. Also, he appealed to all the faculty to put their best efforts with the hard work, effort, dedication, commitment, discipline and passion for fulfilling the desired goals.
Mr. K. Nallusamy expressed his view on teacher’s day and he gave guidance to the young budding teachers to move with changing time and adopt and accommodate changes in teaching techniques too.
For the academic year 2023-2024, Proud of Teachers Award were given to Mrs. S. Jayamathi, Assistant Professor in Tamil, Mrs. G. Nithya, Assistant Professor in Commerce and Dr. A. Vijayasarathi, Assistant Professor in Computer Science of the College. Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director, Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Coordinator, Silver Jubilee Celebrations of the College also spoke on that occasion.
