23rd Annual Day Celebrations – 19.04.2023
The 23rd Annual Day celebration was enthusiastically celebrated on 19th April 2023 in Trinity Auditorium, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal. The celebration began with Thamizh Thai Vazhthu.
Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal of the College, welcomed the gathering and presented the Annual Report. He spoke about the various achievements of students and faculty members during the academic year of 2022-2023, like sports, academic, book publication, Intellectual Property rights, research papers, participation in conferences/seminars/workshops, extension activities, etc.,
Mrs. V. Archana, Director of Physical Education of the College delivered the Sports Achievements for the academic year 2022-2023.
Er. K. Nallusamy, Secretary of the College, presided over the programme.
Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director of the College, Mr. P. Palanisamy, President & Mr. Rama. Srinivaasan, Secretary, Trinity CBSE School, Namakkal, Mr. D. Chandrasekaran, Secretary, Trinity Academy Matric Higher Secondary School, Namakkal and Mr. P. Dhayalan, Transport Director, Trinity Academy Educational Institutions, Namakkal offered their felicitation address. All the special guests were introduced by Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Director – Academic of the College.
Dr. R. Kulandaivel, President, Trinity Academy Higher Secondary School, Namakkal was the special invitee. He addressed the gathering and applauded the institution’s achievements accomplished till now.
Mrs. P. Maheswari, Chief Educational Officer, Namakkal spoke about the significance of following their dreams with their parents’ consent. Also, she advised students to use their soft skills for innovative solutions to problems in society.
Dr. Vetriselvi Subash Chandra Bose, Professor of Material Science, National Taiwan Science and Technology University, Taiwan also spoke and she enlightened the students on devotion to duty and commitment to work. Also, he highlighted the higher studies and employment opportunities available abroad.
Special awards to the college well-wishers:-
The objective of giving rewards is to support and encourage the people of social services. Rewards and recognition are one of the motivating factors. On this subject, this academic year (2022-23) onwards, we honour the activists of social service and our College well-wishers.
This year, we look up to 6 personalities for their achievements in various fields. They were honoured in that Annual Day Function.

In addition, university rank holders, sports achievers, centum holders in Mathematics, proficiency prize holders, best out gone students, students who did not take leave in any single day, etc., revered and applauded by our chief guests and our Institution’s promoters. They distributed prizes, medals, shields and certificates to them.
The cultural activities performed by the students. They displayed their dancing abilities. In particular, Yoga Exercises, Group Dance, Sri Meenakshi Thirukkalyanam (Marriage function of Goddess Meenakshi Amman), Solo Dance and Fashion Show were really excellent and wonderful.
Pappu Reddiyar Educational Trust Scholarship, Dr. Sarveswaran Scholarship, Selvarajan Padmavathy Memorial Endowment Scholarship, Our Trinity Academy Management Trust Scholarship, Namakkal – PSK Transports Scholarship and Trinity Alumni Forum Scholarship have been given to the meritorious students..
Mr. D. Sidhardhan, Joint Director of Trinity Academy and Mr. Valayapatti Subramaniam (Social well wisher) also attended that programme.
Ms. R. Abinaya, Student’s Chairman proposed the vote of thanks.
More than 1200 students and also nearly 70 faculty members took part in that Annual Day Celebrations.
