Industrial visit for the students of M.Sc., Computer Science
Web designing is the process of preparing and creating websites. It covers several different aspects, inclusive of web page, layout, content production, graphic design, etc., On this subject, for the purpose of creating practical knowledge about website development, the department of Computer Science, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal has arranged a field trip on 12th August 2024.
All the students of M.Sc., Computer Science along with the faculty members of Computer Science went to Trichirappalli, and they looked around the software IT company M/s. Don Bosco Society (Don Bosco Media, 3/121, South Paganur Road, Manikandam, Trichy), Trichirappalli. The resource person, Mr. Brito Francis, Centre Head, Don Bosco Media and Animation College, Manikandam, Trichirappalli, has given a website training programme titled “Pedagogy of World Wide Web and internet development strategy”. Also, he explained the creation of the internet website, like home page, about page, contact page, service page, blog page, privacy policy page, terms of service and so on.
Dr. N. Elamathi, Assistant Professor and Head, Postgraduate Computer Science & IQAC Coordinator and Dr. K. Vijayakumari, Assistant Professor of Computer Science and Website Stream-liner and Developer, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal also took part in that industrial visit. All the final year M.Sc., Computer Science, of the College, actively participated.
