Felicitation to Ms. V. Shalini and Ms. K. Bhavya
“The Electoral Literacy Club” of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal in association with “The Election Department of Namakkal District” organized wall magazine in poster format (சுவரொட்டி வடிவில் சுவர் இதழ் வரைதல்) in the concept of “My vote is my right – power of one vote” (என் வாக்கு என் உரிமை – ஒரு வாக்கின் வலிமை). It was held on 27.09.2022 in the premises of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal.
Nearly 70 students of our College actively took part. In this regard, Ms.V. Shalini of first year M.Sc., Physics student of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal got a number one position in that competition and she received Rs. 500 cash prize.
With the addition of, Ms. K. Bhavya of first year B.Com., CA student of Trinity College for Women obtained first prize and she got Rs. 1000 cash prize in the competition of National Voters Awareness Song. It was held on 13th December 2022 in the place of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal. This programme was also organized by the Electoral Literacy Club, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal in together with the Election Department of Namakkal District.
On account of National Voters Day, a felicitation function was held on 25.01.2022 in the premises of Government Higher Secondary School, Namakkal South.
Ms. K. Bhavya and Ms. V. Shalini both the students of our College are greeted by the District Collector of Namakkal Mrs. Shreya P Singh on 25.01.2023. Apart from District Collector of Namakkal, Mrs. M. Manimegalai, District Revenue Officer, Namakkal, Mrs. P. Maheswari, Chief Educational Officer, Namakkal, Mr. C. Sakthivel, Tahsildhar, Namakkal Taluk and Mr. Ramesh, Civil Supply Officer and Consumer Protection, Namakkal district also conveyed their greetings to them.
On behalf of Trinity College, an appreciation function was held on 27.01.2023 in the College premises. Mr. P.K. Sengodan, Chairman, Er. K. Nallusamy, Secretary, Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director, Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Director –Academic, Coordinator of Electoral Literary Club Dr. R.A. Anitha, The HOD of Commerce Dr M. Sasikala, The HOD of Physics Dr B. Lakshmi and Mr. N.S. Senthilkumar, Administrative Officer conveyed their pat on the back for the above said students.
