Workshop on Office Automation:-
The Institution’s Innovation Council and Internal Quality Assurance Cell, in support of the department of Computer Science, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal conducted a workshop on the title of “The importance of Office Automation in Today’s World” on 03.07.2023.
Mr. S Sathya Ramadoss, Manager, Software Development & Digital Marketing, Gleiden Technologies, SKS Complex, No 2, Ground Floor, Bye-pass Road, No 1 Toll Gate, Trichirappalli was the special invitee.
Computers are a major source of providing information in the workplace today. In particular, automation is very essential in day to day transactions in educational institutions and industries. This office automation software will be helpful for all the management & its administration of educational institutions, he said.
Besides, he explained the various applications available in the automation of an office, such as fee collection, exam fee collection, project fee collection, bus fee collection, students’ employee information, staff salary, accounts maintenance, library, hostel, bus and other vehicle maintenance, etc.,
