Appreciation Ceremony for staff
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell and Institution’s Innovation Council of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal jointly organized “Faculty Special Appreciation Programme” on 18.05.2023 in the college campus.
Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal of the College, welcomed the gathering.
Mr. P.K. Sengodan, Chairman of the College, presided over the programme. In his speech, he quoted that teaching is an admirable job. All teachers should always prioritise the needs of their students in enhancing the knowledge and skills, he stated. Er. K Nallusamy, Secretary, pointed out in his speech that all the teachers should improve themselves according to the current trends. Because of the advent of social websites, education has become global. All teachers should update their educational curriculum in accordance with recent trends, he indicated.
The Executive Director Mrs. Aruna selvaraj, in her address said that if students want to shine in their fields of interest, every teacher should act as a guide to themselves. Also, she denoted that encouragement is always needed for each and every student.
Dr. Arasuparameswaran specified the role, characteristics and benefits of teachers for the development of good society.
On behalf of the management of Trinity Academy, special memorials were presented to all staff who have dedicated their services to our College. Besides that, the management has provided a delicious lunch to the faculty, to express their graciousness and to fetch a team bonding among them.
Dr. T.K. Anuradha, Assistant Professor and Head, PG & Research Department of Tamil proposed the vote of thanks.
All the faculty and non-teaching staff members have actively taken part in that faculty appreciation ceremony.
