The Internal Quality Assurance Cell, The Institution’s Innovation Council, Value Added Programme Cell, in support of the department of Computer Science, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal organized a programme titled “Transforming Data into Decisions: Mastering Power Business Intelligence for Analytics” on 14th March 2025 in the ICT Hall, Department of Computer Science.
Dr. S. Usharani and Dr. K. Vijayakumari, Faculty of Computer Science, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal were the resource persons. They briefly explained the five stages of the Business Intelligence cycle such as data sourcing, data analysis, situation awareness, risk assessment and decision support. Apart from that, they highlighted the five C’s of Business analytics like creative thinking, critical thinking, communications abilities, collaboration with leadership and the character of honesty, fairness and fostering integrity. All the students of Computer Science, Computer Applications, CS – Artificial Intelligence and Data Science benefited through that programme. The faculty of Computer Science, Dr. N. Elamathi, Dr. R. Navamani, Mr. N. S. Senthilkumar, Mrs. S. Bhuvaneswari, Dr. A. Vijayasarathi, Mrs. S. Priya, Mrs. K. Mekala, Mrs. A. Kavitha, Mrs. V. Abirami, Mrs.D. Prabha, Mrs. V. Gayathri, Mrs. M. Kiruthika, Mrs. P. Navajyothi and Ms. J. Dharshini also took part in that programme.
