Environmental Awareness Programme
The National Green Corps, Namakkal District, in support of the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, conducted a state level environment awareness virtual programme from 05th February 2025 – to 15th February 2025.
It was held through the platform of Virtual Mode. The various events like “ECO PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST, ECO SHORT FILM CONTEST & ECO CARTOON MAKING CONTEST” were conducted. This programme was organized for the sake of students of higher educational institutions in and around Tamil Nadu state.
This programme was inaugurated by Mr. P. Raghunath, Coordinator – National Green Corps, Namakkal & BT Assistant, Government High School, Vettambadi, Namakkal District, Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director & Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal on 05.02.2025 in the College campus.
Mrs. S. Hemalatha, Coordinator, Mrs. V. Gayathri, Co-coordinator, Unnat Bharat Abhiyan Cell and the village representatives Dr. S. Revathy (Vagurampatti), Dr. A. Latha (Parali), Dr. R. Navamani (Pettapalayam), Mrs. S. Priya (Aniyapuram) and Mrs. D. Prabha (Tholur) also took part in that programme.
