Celebration of National Mathematics Day
The National Mathematics Day was celebrated by the department of Mathematics at Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, on December 22, 2023. The faculty members of Mathematics at the College, Dr. B. Lena, Dr. S. Jeyanthi, Mrs. V. Gokila, Mrs. S. Madhukaraveni, Mrs. P. Karthikeyani, Mrs. M. Nandhini, Mrs. A. Thenmozhi, and Dr. S. Revathy, conducted competitions like Maths Orator (Speech), Maths Display (Poster Presentation), and Maths Hunt (Treasure Hunt). Many students in mathematics, both undergraduate and postgraduate, have actively taken part in those competitions.
Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director, and Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal, took part and distributed the certificates to the first three prize winners.
