Workshop on AI & ML
The Placement Cell, Internal Quality Assurance Cell, and Institution’s Innovation Council of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, jointly conducted a one-day workshop entitled “VOIS BOOTCAMP: Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning” on July 31, 2023.
On this subject, Mr. Ramar Bose, Senior Artificial Intelligence Master Trainer, Edunet Foundation, Chennai, was the resource person. He highlighted the Artificial Intelligence overview of many concepts, techniques and algorithms in fuzzy logic, beginning with topics like classification and linear regression and ending with the most recent topics, viz., working with neutral networks, network training, adaptive training, best meaning fitting, supportive vector machines, etc. ,
Artificial Intelligence expertise would be needed in all the crucial domains such as finance, law, security, agriculture, healthcare, industry, and environmental management in the near future, he pointed out.
Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director and Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal of the College highlighted the importance of the courses of Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, Data Analytics and Python.
This programme was arranged by the faculty of placement cell of Trinity College for Women – Dr. B. Lakshmi, Ms. M. Rekha, Dr. C. Gobiya, Dr. R. Suba, Mrs. A.P. Pavithra, Mrs. V. Abirami, Mrs. P. Karthikeyani and Mrs. S. Mohanapriya. All the final year students both UG and PG benefited through this programme.
