Career guidance programme
The placement cell of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, conducted an awareness programme entitled “An overview of competitive examinations (an awareness programme)” on March 16, 2023, in the seminar hall.
Mr. S. Anbarasan, Branch Manager, Verandah Race Institute, Mohanur Road, Namakkal, was the special invitee. He elucidated the various competitive examinations available in India, like the UPSC, Banking Service, Staff Selection Commission, Railway Recruitment, Police Recruitment, TNPSC, etc. Also, he explained how to face the written examinations, group discussion, and final interview.
In addition, he denoted the importance of learning Indian history, Indian politics, geography, current affairs, general knowledge, and so on for the student community.
Dr. B. Lakshmi, Placement Officer, and the members of the Placement Cell, Mrs. A. Rajeswari, Mrs. V. Abirami, Mrs. S. Mohanapriya, Mrs. S. Hemalatha, Dr. S. Revathy, Mrs.A.P. Pavithra and Mrs. P. Abirami, made arrangements. All the final year students (both UG & PG) participated.
