Celebration of Pie Day
The students and faculty members of Mathematics at Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, celebrated “National Pie Day” on March 14, 2024, in the postgraduate block of the college.
The various events (Maths Battle), like Math Muggu (Rangoli) and Math Digi Post (Poster Presentation), were held.
Dr. B. Lena, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Mathematics, pointed out the history, theme, significance, and benefits of PI Day. All the events were conducted by the faculty of Mathematics Dr. S. Jeyanthi, Mrs. V. Gokila, Mrs. S. Madhukaraveni, Mrs. P. Karthikeyani, Mrs. M. Nandhini, Mrs. A. Thenmozhi and Dr. S. Revathy.
In this continuation, a felicitation function was held on 14.03.2014 in the College campus. Mrs. Aruna Selvaraj, Executive Director, Dr. M.R. Lakshiminarayanan, Principal and Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Director – Academic conveyed their greetings to all the prize winners and the participants.
