Industrial visit of the students of Costume and Design (21.11.2022)

            Industrial visit is one of the important elements of each and every student of higher educational institutions, especially for the students of costume and design.  By textile unit mill visit students can learn about textile factories and mills, the production cycle, and the roles of textile workers.   On this subject, the students of Costume Design and Fashion, Trinity College for Women, Namakkal visited M/s. Karur Integrated Textile Park, Valluvar Nagar, Madurai Bye-pass Road, Karur on 21^st November 2022.

          They looked in on the industry of M/s. Atlas Group of Textile Companies, Karur on that day.     The staff members of Atlas Group of Companies have illustrated the various functions of textile units like weaving, packaging, quilting, computerised cutting, quality checking, finalised products, home textiles related and so on.

           Dr. Arasuparameswaran, Director – Academic, the faculty members of Costume Design and Fashion Design Mrs. K. Punitha, Ms. K.P. Theepika, Mrs. B. Kavitha and Mrs. A.P. Pavithra also took part.  Apart from that the following students of Costume Design and Fashion have eagerly participated in that industrial visit.
