Placement Awareness Programme
Under the auspices of Naan Mudhalvan, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, the Institution’s Innovation Council, and the Placement Cell of Trinity College for Women, Namakkal, conducted an employment awareness program titled “Tips & Tricks for Obtaining Placement in Campus Interview” on 24th February 2025 in the college campus.
Mr. P. Shanmugam, Junior Employment Officer, Namakkal District Employment Office, Mohanur Road, Namakkal, was the special invitee. Campus interviews are an integral part of a student’s life. After completing a degree, the next step is to take part in the campus placement in reputed companies. Inferiority complexes and fear are the main enemies of our life. You boldly face the interview, he said. Also, he gave some tips for attending an interview, strategies for participating in the group discussion, expectations of the company, etc.
Mr. R. Thenmozhi, Junior Assistant, and Mrs. V. Nithya, Typist, Namakkal District Employment Office, Mohanur Road, Namakkal, spoke about the role of the Namakkal District Employment Office for students’ placement in the government and private sectors.
